Armando was recommended by a co-worker who was re-located to central Florida and was happy with the service he received.
I contacted Armando in April 2012 and explained that I was being transferred from California and he immediately dove right in and gave my wife and I insight into the market in the area we were looking and collected our needs vs our wants.
When I flew out for a week of house hunting, he had all the properties lined up (over 50) for that week.
Needless to say I found a property and purchased.
Armando and my family stayed in contact, and when he told me about a new neighborhood he thought I would like, he told me he would have no problems selling the first home I bought from him, in fact he sold it the same day with multiple offers over asking price.
I loved my latest home, but unfortunately after 2 years, my job relocated me and Armando sold that one also. It took him a little longer than the last (2 days), but still had multiple offers.
